hello Xeontec,
we have a TNPA6163 PSU board and cannot identify the failure. I kindly ask for download the schematic/layout to understand the circuit. Actually the Reference voltage(~5V) does not start, but OverCurrentProtection ticks all the time:-( . Does this ring a bell with you?
