1. Can this TV stuck in middle of booting process because of wrong eeprom?
2. Can we just clean eeprom on this tv and try to turn on?
3. Can I try this FW on LCD32V86 with the same MB and same panel?
4. How should I read therminal log from this MB with my RT809H? I tried through VGA and 3 HDMI ports with no luck.

Yes the tv can keep stuck in logo when have bug in firmware of spi flash eeprom.
You cant clear the firmware because tv need it to boot.
You can use this firmware in any tv with same mainboard and same panel.

Thanks for the answers! But TV is not even showing a LOGO, and there is no backlight, I write about this in offtopic, can I write it also here please?
1. Is there any difference in firmwares between panels LTA320AP02 and LTA320AP05?
I am looking for firmware for Hisense LCD32V86 with MB RSAG7.820.1637 and panel LTA320AP02.
I didn't find exactly the same firmware but tried some others (about 5-7 firmwares) for LCD32V87 and for **88 and for RSAG7.820.1637 but with unknown panel or firmware for panel LTA320AP05 - none of them worked, or I have problems with MB (maybe CPU). TV is turning on by remote control, consumes 22W from socket, no backlight, no reaction for remote control after that. I also tried manually to turn on backlight (consumes 40W from socket), and see that I have just some color noises on screen 1/4 part. So TV like stucks at the middle of booting process. If it's needed I can tomorrow upload a photo. For now I just want to know if this TV can stuck with wrong panel FW?
2. And another question, I also tried to read logs with my RT809H from VGA port and from HDMI port - with no luck, any suggestion please?

You can try this:
Delete the firmware of eeprom 24C16 or try with new eeprom without firmware. Keep the 25L32 firmware but clear the eeprom 24C16.
You only have focus in spi flash eeprom but you have other eeprom to save user data, is a 24C16 eeprom.
If not work, check in powersupply the capacitor C811 (22mf 5OV) and C812 (22mf 50V). Because if you have bad voltages in mainboard feed you can have problems like that.

Thanks dear admin for quick replies! Seems this is the best site for experts I have ever used!
I checked some of Voltages with Oscilloscope and it seems to me all where good, also I have heated this 2 capacitor you have mensioned, but! If there is no capacitance left - heating will not help, and yes, I have been focused before only on SPI but not eeprom, tomorrow I will check that 2 capacitors you have mensioned and also will try eeprom.  :brinde: :obrigado:

in PSU all caps where good with esr<1R, but in main I have changed about 30 caps with esr=15-30R, but still no changes, seems like something has been broken because of instable voltages.

In the last picture you have backlight working or you feed backlight manually?
What is the version of your mainboard?
In the blue picture space you have image (menu or channel image) or only have blue color?
Answer these questions and test with the lvds cable disconnected if the tv turns on the backlight.
There is a possibility that there is a short on the panel board that causes the tv to go into protection.
Are the voltages on the source secondary all normal?

I always turning on backlight manually, in all firmwares I have tried and never get any backlight by default, I am turning it on by Resistor 270R from 5V to SW on PSU sir and in that case TV consumes 41W from wall socket (I mean the backlight is woking in that way in about half power or even less).
TV model Hisense LCD32V87
Main RSAG7.820.1637/ROH VER.E
PSU RSAG7.820.1377/ROH
Panel LTA320AP02
In the blue picture space I have clear blue image, nothing else.
I also have tried to compare logs with 1. disconnected display from TCON 2. Disconnected TCON from main 3. disconnected TCON from main and backlight board from PSU exactly the SAME logs.
5V_S = 5.13
5V_M = 5.23
12V   = 12.15
24V is 24
STB = 4.47 (is this normal?)
LDO#2 = 1.2V
LDO#1 = 3.29V
Core power must be 1.0V from service manual but I measured on L27 choke out = 1.108V (so it's 11% higher then should be)
CPU temp even without heatsink is normal, I can hold finger on it about 10sec, so it's about 55 celsius
But pulsations on CPU power is high! About 120mV (measured on ceramic capacitor near CPU). Now I will disassembly main and check all CPU power caps.

I have changed the mensioned capacitance from 220uF 16V to 820uF 2.5V Fujitsu low esr solid cap with 2x lower esr than 220uF has, but the voltage and noice remains the same! I totally don't understand why. It sould be now at least 2x-4x lower.
As I remember I have already tested it, but right now will test with it again. And sometimes when I am putting a new firmware the TV is not turning on by itself and waiting in standby mode with red incicator until I turn it on. So ok, now I will try this one, and in that standby state will also make some voltage measurements.
This is exactly the same firmware from here https://www.tecnicenter.org/outras-marcas-219/rolsen-rl-32a03105u-main-rsag7-820-1637-dump-bin-bios-eeprom-firmware-flash-spi/msg107606/#msg107606
but this one is marked as Panel 02, and another one which you have provided marked as for 05.So one of them is not correct.

I let it to be turned on 1 hour and it's working now! (But 3 days ago I left it even whole night, just reminder).
Seems like there is another bad caps. I need to make some measurements now, then I will try to restart it and turn on again while it's hot.
After 5 minutes it's turned off by itself, then I was trying to turn it on - no luck, after 10 minutes it turned on again. Then I turned it off - and now again it stucks on 20W consumpion and not turning on. So I am close now, but there is still a problem which I need to find.

If you have voltages correct, with your last description of the issue, i think you problem is cold welds or broken welds in processor.
You can do a controlled reflow of the chip with hot air welder or IR welder.
I've had several TVs with this symptom although they were different main boards.
But be careful when doing the reflow because applying too much heat can damage the board or the processor chip.

I didn't make a soldering process with hot air and IR, but make preheat with IR and solder every pin with low temp solder 183 celsius, so now I am shure that every leg has contact with PCB, this did not helped, I have the same 20W consumption from the wall socket, BUT, now I don't have even 1/4 blue screen, just black.
Now I will try exactly what you mensioned with bottom preheating and IR or hot air.

Ok, it's gonna be even more interesting now. As I say, after soldering I have the same 20W stuck, and this time when I pur resistor for backlight the 1/4 scrren is over, I had exactly nothing. Then I made heating to 300 C with Preheating 110 C. And - the same, and the same logs.
I let it to be turned on 3 hours - nohing happened, After 4 hours I see that TV has been turned on, waiting for me, and get into standby mode with red indicator) And we also have logs after soldering and heating CPU:

Becouse I tried to turn it on - result is the same as we had yesterday, before soldering. The only difference -  today I didn't see any picture on TV, because when it was on - I missed that time. Now, I cleared logs and letting him untill tommorow (but this time without Resistor for baklight).

This glitch is very strange. Initially it seemed to be a firmware issue, but in reality it doesn't seem to be.
With the correct voltages it is very strange that it doesn't work, with changed cpacitors and heated processor.

When you turn on the TV, does the standby LED turn blue and stay blue or does it turn back to red?

When you turn on the TV, does the standby LED turn blue and stay blue or does it turn back to red?
The old TV (it's still with me) and the new one exactly the same, after tunrning it on, blue led goes red-blue (4-5 times) and it stays on blue color. And even there is a reaction on panel sensor buttons, when I press something - they are going on, but no changes in terminal logs when pressing them, TV just feels when I am touching them. By the way I ordered CPU MT8222 but it will come in about 1-2 weeks, but this 2nd TV client can't wait so much. And yes, again no backlight after turning on and TV consumes 19W.

No, only TV N1, TV N2 was not working. But N2 is working now, after changing caps and with this SPI from your site sir "Hisence LCD32V88 main RSAG7.820.1637"  :obrigado:.
I tried the same with N1 - nothing changed. I also noticed that there is 0.516V on +1.2V in TV N2, and 0.044V dropoff in TV N1, in other worlds, in N1 we have very low resistance on line 1.2V and a lot of consumption and as I understand this voltage goes into CPU, because when I am heating CPU - resistance on that line goes lower, heating other components - makes no changes. So now I need to wait new CPU and try it on N1 TV.

I measured the resistance, on N2 (new TV) it's 112R on line 1.2V, and 35R in N2 (old TV), I also measured this with desoldered SPi and EEPROM - the same. Also measured some transistors and resistors on that 1.2V line - all is ok. So I think, it's the CPU issue, which is semi-died because of high ripples from bad caps. On new TV I only have bad firmware because of the same bad caps. Will test new TV 1 day before say goodbay to it.

Hello dear friend! After new CPU I have red artifacts, could this be because of non-contact on the CPU ground pad? I have changed this CPU with preheating board to 100 Celsius, also used low temp solder.
