Problem:
Motorola is aware of a potential customer experience issue on the Motorola Edge product,
related to cracked inlays.
Internal reliability testing identified the possibility of cracked inlays due to a combination of
exposure to oleic acid and a squeeze force of 250N.   Additionally, this potential failure is
limited to inlays from a single identified supplier, in the colour "midnight".
