Sintoma da avaria:
Não liga nem acende led standby.

Solução da avaria:
Apenas tem presente a tensão de 3,3V na fonte. Trocar condensador em curto (SEM NUMERAÇÃO NA PLACA NA PCI PINCIPAL NO PINO 2 DO CI7122.
