 Solução, trocar:
                      C9=33MF/50V
                    C12=1MF/50V
                    C13=1000MF/16V
                    C18=33MF/50V

                   nota: convem medir (trocar) o IC1=KA431 estando com fugas o receiver continua a não ligar (led verde).
