Motorola Edge - Earpiece Audio Low

Problem:
Motorola is aware of a potential customer experience issue on the Motorola Edge product,
related to call audio performance. Internal testing identified that the earpiece speaker audio
level on some units would decrease after some time. This issue will not affect call audio when
using Speakerphone Mode or an Accessory Headset.
Engineering analysis of these devices found that the 0.2mm Gasket placed on the Earpiece
Speaker (p/n: SR78C67175) had relaxed and was no longer providing a sufficient acoustic seal.
