Level Of Repairs: Level 2
Problem:
Motorola is aware of a potential customer experience issue on the Motorola Razr 5G product,
related to 5G network availability. Some users reported that their device did not get 5G
Network Signal in some areas with known 5G Coverage.
Engineering analysis determined that the network hardware, in these particular areas, have a
common configuration issue which prevents mobile devices from connecting to 5G at 60MHz
Bandwidth.
