Por vezes surgem bugs no software do Nokia N500 que provocam falhas intermitentes ou operações estranhas.
Para fazer hard reset ao Nokia 500 use a seguinte combinação de teclas:
Pressione ao mesmo tempo sem soltar durante 10 segundos as teclas (vol+) + tecla de bloqueio + tecla verde + botão de ligar
Use keys: (vol+) + lock key + green key + power on button(red key)
